Tim Gill

Tim began his career at UPS working as a package sorter in the Indianapolis 81st St hub in 2014 before being promoted to a part-time supervisor in the hub operations in 2015. In 2016 he accepted a position in the security function as a part time supervisor in the Indianapolis 81st Street hub and later was promoted to a security specialist assisting both hub and center operations. He was promoted to an Automotive Fleet Supervisor working with the Ohio Valley non-power fleet in 2017. He has also held fleet supervisor positions with tractors and package cars. Tim is now serving as an Automotive Fleet Manager in the Grand Rapids, Michigan area where he oversees the Northern Michigan area. He is involved within the company through the Veteran’s and Future Leaders Business Resource Groups.
Prior to joining UPS, Tim served in the Indiana Army National Guard, from 2007-2013 as a Heavy Equipment Operator. As an operator he was responsible for equipment operation knowledge, daily vehicle inspections, and operator level maintenance. During his time with the National Guard, he served a tour of duty in Operation Iraqi Freedom from 2009-2010.
Tim holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Business Management. He is involved with the community through multiple organizations including United Way, Veteran outreach programs, and Freemasons of Indiana. Working with these organizations he enjoys youth mentoring and development, Veteran care, and personal development
